At LeelasZam, customer satisfaction is our top priority. While most of our bathrobes are free-size and designed to fit a range of body types, we do provide bust and length measurements for your reference to help you make the best choice.

 Return & Exchange Eligibility                                                                                                  

  We accept returns and exchanges only in the case of defective or damaged products.

   To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• The original packaging must be intact.

• A clear unboxing video must be provided as proof of the defect or damage. This video must be recorded from the moment the package is opened and must clearly show the issue with the product.                                                                                                                                                                       

 How to Request a Return or Exchange

1. Record a full unboxing video upon receiving the product.

2. If the product is defective or damaged, WhatsApp us at 6261365021.

3. Please include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and attach the unboxing video.

4. Once we review and approve your request, we will provide instructions for the return or exchange process.                                                                                                                                           

 Important Notes

• Returns/exchanges will not be accepted without an unboxing video.

• Size-related concerns are not eligible for return or exchange, as we clearly specify the bust and length dimensions for all robes.

• Products must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition.
